Well thinking about the features and especially the price factor in mind, I would definetly go for it. Its a great launch by Google as the prices they have kept in the beginning are affordable for everyone, considering the fact to keep in mind that it has all the latest technology of android and all the features one can ever think of.

I am using Galaxy S3 and its simply amazing. The screen quality, the graphics quality, the resolution quality is perfect. Its one of the best phones I have ever used in my life. The battery uptime is great as well and works easily for a day if you use it a lot like me. The touch is simply amazing. It has a quad processor and its the best phone in Android right now.

Well to backup your contents, there is a option of Sync in your contact list and you can make a backup of your contacts through it and all your data. Formatting your phone is very easy, just get the latest update of the android or whichever version you want to install from its app world and just update it, keep in mind all the data will be formated as well.
