Hello. I'm using Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro with Android 7.0 and Contacts 3.1.17.83. When I add a new contact this change is not updated on my GMail account. However in my phone the Contacts app shows like it is synchronized. I've disabled power saver and I've disabled synchronization then I've deleted the cache in Contacts, GMail and Google Play Store. Then I've deleted my account on the phone and I've reinstalled it again. I've enabled the synchronization but the problem remains. My version of Contacts is up to date. I think that the problem is not on GMail but on the phone because I've another phone Galaxy Express 3 with Android 6.0.1 and Contacts 2.1.38. This phone synchronizes OK with GMail. I've also observed that GMail synchronizes OK with my J7 Pro if I change an existent contact. But if I add a new contact it is not synchronized on GMail contacts. I would grace some help. Thanks.

Hello, I have a Droid Bionic and I would like to know the location of files that I've downloaded as attachments from the Gmail app. I understand that there is a 3rd party app that will allow you to change the download location, but I'm not interested in that currently. I would like to simply find the file that I just downloaded. It seems like that should be simple. I've tried the following locations: SD card/downloads SD card/download Device Storage/downloads Device Storage/download None of these locations contain the file that i just downloaded. Thanks for any help!

I'm loving my nexus 4, it's great and has so many benefits over what was the best smartphone (the iPhone), however there's just one thing I can't quite come to terms with... Sending photos via email at a reduced size, I can't believe this is not an option. So great, you can carry on selecting and attaching photos till you hit the gmail 25mb limit, but hey who's going to sit there all day to send a network busting mail? All it asks is a button either in mail or photos whilst selecting / attaching photos to specify small/medium/original file size, for example, without the use of a 3rd part app that doesn't really work that well. Surely there's an answer? Any help well appreciated, Cheers!

I have a Samsung Exhibit II phone. Somehow I seem to have imported or synced the contacts on my cell phone from my nephew's gmail account. Example instead of the caller id for my mother displaying my address book entry of "MOM" it shows "GRANDMA". I want to fix it to apply custom ringtones. Unfortunately in my contacts "GRANDMA" is no where to be found. Please help me.Thanks
