  1. This is a guide on how to root, unlock, and flash Clockwork Mod recovery to the ASUS Transformer Prime. This process uses ViperBoy's ViperMod PrimeTime tool and is as easy as it gets. The unlock process used in this tool is an automated version of the ASUS unlock tool. I take no credit for any development in this tool, I am simply sharing a how-to video. Big thanks to Saurik and ViperBoy for making all of this possible. You can also find my written instructions here. http://youtu.be/qM6AuL3dtNM ViperMod PrimeTime V4.5 for Windows OTA Root Keeper

  3. Now 2013 CES is ongoing and Asus has announce an 18.4-inch Asus Transformer Aio, the so-called All-in-One device. The main feature about it is "Part tablet and part All-in-One PC".But the most notable feature of Transformer Aio is probably that it comes with a Windows 8 touch-screen desktop and the detached 18.4-inch full HD display which can be as a standalone Android tablet. Asus promises that the device can run Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with a built-in Nvidia Tegra 3 processor and run Windows 8 apps by using "wireless remote desktop technology", Intel's WiDi. 4. To celebrate the release of Dark Meadow: The Pact, NVIDIA and Phosphor Games were gracious enough to give us a brand new amethyst grey 32GB ASUS Transformer Prime along with the keyboard dock to give to one of our lucky readers. They're also throwing in a $25 AMEX gift card to cover an accessory or maybe some really cool games. Once you go Prime, you can't use anything else thanks to the NVIDIA Tegra 3 featuring 4-Plus-1 quad-core technology The rules are simple: 1) Reply to this thread with your caption for the photo below 2) Add TalkAndroid to your Google+ Circles 3) Promise us that your first download will be Dark Meadow: The Pact 4) One entry per person will be accepted You have until Monday, April 30 at 8:00am EST. The TalkAndroid staff will decide the best caption and announce the winner later that day. The winner will receive an email in the account associated with your username. Good Luck!!!

    Gimmick or Great Stuff

 Does anyone have an opinion on the, soon to be released, Asus "PadFone". http://event.asus.com/mobile/padfone/ At just under £700 I feel it's one of those things you wouldn't want to buy on impulse for fear of finding that it doesn't live up to the hype. I must admit I'm tempted, but I reckon I'll wait until it has been out for a couple of months to see what folks are saying about it!
