My Note 3 fell down while driving my bike and its broken & dead, afraid to give that for service as I have confidential data stored on internal memory. How can I wipe the data that should be unrecoverable before giving that for service, Please help me!! -
When I listen to my fully downloaded audio book from the Audible app, S-voice keeps interupting the book saying "I can't find a network connection". I have wifi turned off (to save battery) and mobile data turned off. I have turned off everythig I can think of and even put it in airplane mode. If my book is in my phone already and not streaming, why does my note 3 always try to connect to a network? It also happens when the phone is in my pocket at work and I bend down and here comes that annoying "I can't find a network connection" interruption. Any ideas for a fix?
