Samsung Galaxy S III - Emails sent throu Exchange Server

I have setup my Office Email (microsoft Exchange) on my new Samsung Galaxy S III. When I am sending emails from my phone to anyone, the email they received is totally unreadable and it is in some kind of computer language (following is the excmple). When the same email is viewed on any mobile device, its perfectly readable, but on any computer / tablet its not redable at all.

 

I have tried sending email from other clients (hotmail, gmail) its working perfectly. But only when emails sent using my office Exchange Server, this problem occures.

 

Appreciate if someone can come up with a solution.
