SAMSUNG GT-S5300 Android - After network range refresh(down from up), mobile is not reachable

Hi Team,

I have one problem with SAMSUNG GT-S5300 Android mobile. When I am traveling by train, the network range is refreshed(coming up down) frequently.At the time, mobile can't proceed to incoming and outgoing calls.It showing mobile is not available even though network range is showing full range. After mobile restart, is working properly.This problem is not occurred with other mobiles.

Please do the guidelines, how will solve the problem ?
