my android tablet 4.0 will not let me download apps from google play store...help its driving me crazy

Hi my android tablet let me download dr web and coin dozer then decided it no longer want to download and I get a message saying " error retrieving info from server [RPC:S-5:AEC-0] , this was in one sitting I didn't turn tablet off or change any settings I didn't even leave the google play store it just stopped allowing anything else being installed.

This has also happened to my daughters tablet.

Please help. Thanks

try this: go to settings > manage applications > google play store > clear cache
