TheSwift
Hey guys! As of recent I downloaded quite a basic app called 'The flag game' which builds your general knowledge on.. well countries and their flags. The basic principle is that it shows a country name and then gives you 4 flags to select from. I've found this has boosted my.. well.. flag skills readily! (Not that it'll come in useful ¬.¬,) anyways I have found that by using this app over and over every morning it has been very effective in building my general knowledge in that sector. For a while there have been a variety of things that I have wanted to teach myself (FE The basics of a foreign language,) and by using this technique I'm sure that it'll speed the process up for me. I have searched the android store and not been able to find any applications which fit this description so I have thought maybe I could try and build it myself.. The principles sound quite basic to me. I'm pretty sure this would be a good beginner project? After all the only really elements that I need will be.. Index screen + sub screens, links, random factor, question to answer links and maybe picture support. Is this feasible and relatively straightforward for someone with very little knowledge which stretches about as far as basic HTML 4? If so are there any booster tips and useful links which can get me set up and going? On top of that I have the SDK kit, but it's features are like Arabic to me. Anyways hope to hear back! Thanks! Maciej
Hey bro, here you can find a tutorial, with all steps, how to create Android trivia game called "QuizMe" - that's probably what you are looking for. You'll use App Inventor in Development process, so you don't need to know any programming language: http://beta.appinven...zme/quizme.html that was the tutorial, and here's our App Inventor: http://beta.appinven...du/learn/setup/ it has a lot of tutorial, guides, documents, and other helpful stuff :) Hope you like it! (ooops I know it's too big but I can't find /resize/ option -,-)
