Then you could download them onto your computer from the email. Of course, I would only do this to transfer pictures from PC to Samsung Galaxy S4 if I was sending a couple pictures. The way outlined above using the USB cable is more efficient for large quantities of pictures. The way outlined above using the USB cable is more efficient for large quantities of pictures. attaching then over email and sending then over is going to take way more time then !! rather than if OP wants to transfer the file using the data services OP can download and install drop box or google drive! Double click and find the photo folder, then copy and paste it to your local hard drive. However, if you want to back up files to PC, this would be a bit harder to do that.
