Rooted, using RootAppDelete, can't disable the "Local" app.

Hi, my S2 is rooted with Framaroot, and I'm using RootAppDelete to disable some apps.

But for the life of me, I can't see where to disable the "Local" app. It appears in my app drawer, simply called "Local", but there's no listing for it in RootAppDelete, or under Manage Applications.

Does anyone know how it can be removed? Perhaps it's called something odd in the System Apps section of RootAppDelete? Cheers!
