John Dave Posted April 28, 2014 Share Posted April 28, 2014 Well, this just looks weird I would say double check does your device is having an active data connection, or if the data connection is active is it working or..... !! Otherwise if it's still not working then try factory resetting it, if still that doesn't work for you I think the problem is somewhere else rush to your nearest dealer for sorting out the problem rather than seeking answers in the forum. :) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
