John Dave
Well, I would say you can't sync iTunes music with Android device because still iTunes is not supported by the Android platform but there is a good news for you according to rumors, iTunes application may arrive for the Android device ! KidGuglio
we can not sync itunes music with android, but this does not mean we can't copy itunes music to an android tablet. here is a video about copy itunes music to android, you can try with your note 10.1 youtube.com/watch?v=vCp1I9wgsxU
Psywar
Honestly the best way I have dealt with this is put Google Music Manager on your PC that has your iTunes on it and set the Music Manager to automatically upload your newly downloaded iTunes music right to your Google Music Cloud. You can also use the software to go through your iTunes files and automatically put them on the cloud so you can use them on your Android device. Yes, that's another nice way to move things up from the iTunes to the Android.
