John Dave Posted June 12, 2014 Share Posted June 12, 2014 Try going to the application manager and clear the cache and the data stored by the Viber application and then again try using the Viber again. atila Posted June 12, 2014 Author Share Posted June 12, 2014 hi thanks a lot for the tip. i tried doing what you suggested. unfortunately it still does not solve the problem. i don't know if i described the problem well. after using viber on wifi, the phone blocks. after the phone is restored, i do not seem to be able to connect to any wifi network. even the ones that are remembered and saved, although shown on the list of available networks are not accessible. sometimes it just says authentication problem. after some time, (a few days perhaps), it just goes back to normal. i even have my doubts that it is only viber related issue Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
