Exmix
So I just recently rooted my tablet when it was 4.2. It went to 4.3 and now it's upto 4.4. So I obviously have to manually root it. Does this mean it's goign to re-format it and im gonna lose my stuff on it again or how does this work? This is my first Android anything so i'm not 100% familiar with rooting and such. If it does have to format it again, thats fine, but im not sure if it's necessary as it was already rootedbefore and such. I was going to use WugFresh Tool Kit to manually re-root it unless someone has a different, better suggestion. Thanks in advance.

John Dave
Bumping. I can't find this answer anywhere else i've looked or asked. =\ Well @Exmix bumping is not the good way to make your thread appear on the top !! I am sure if moderators find this one out you are going to get yourself a warning ! But as they are not here right now so, I guess you are lucky in this case, please don't do this again in future. Coming back to the question you have asked, yes once you're going to re-format your device you'll loose all the personal data stored over the device. So, it is always recommended that before you move forward with such steps you should make a back up of all your data before preceding. otherwise you are going to regret :P
