I removed my SD card without unmounting, inserted another SD to transfer some files and re inserted my previous SD in my Galaxy S Duos 2. But now all my playlists are empty. All the songs have gone to the 'Newly added' list. The names of the playlists are there but there arent any songs in them. I am using the default player. Please help. Thanks.

Well, I guess now you get an idea why it's always recommended to unmount the SD card before removing, not there's not more you can do rather than removing the SD card, backup the data on SD card (if it's in there) and format the SD card put the data back in and then again start using it over your device. And yes next time I don't think you should try doing that again i.e. before removing the SD card unmount it over your device.
