Note 3 and Audible app problem

When I listen to my fully downloaded audio book from the Audible app, S-voice keeps interupting the book saying "I can't find a network connection". I have wifi turned off (to save battery) and mobile data turned off. I have turned off everythig I can think of and even put it in airplane mode. If my book is in my phone already and not streaming, why does my note 3 always try to connect to a network? It also happens when the phone is in my pocket at work and I bend down and here comes that annoying "I can't find a network connection" interruption. Any ideas for a fix?

Well, if your device keeps on asking for the network connection I guess the Audio book is not fully downloaded over your device ! Try switching the network connection on and try listening the audio book from the start and then again try turning the network connection off and try downloading the audio book again.
