Using a proxy connection on N7

Yo, I recently setup privoxy for the purpose of getting rid of junk that detracts from useful content on sites that refuse to create mobile friendly pages. http://viralchoka.net/is a big offender. I have the proxy working okay when using my desktop. I went through the procedure of importing easylist filters, there is a guide :). I also added the proxy information to the wifi settings.

But on my N7 all the "stuff" is present :(

Well, why don't you try installing Adblock over your device to get rid of those annoying junk head over to the https://adblockplus.org/en/android-installinstall it over your device and see if it makes the difference ! :) I haven't been using privoxy so I don't think I can guide you with this one ! See if Adblock helps you in getting rid of the junk !
