nexus 5 - android 5.0 / 5.0.1 - unable to reveice data through http proxy from connected 802.1x wifi

hey there,

since lollipop arrived on my phone i've been unable to connect to the internet through my company's wifi. wifi connection/authentication works just fine, but no data is received through the http proxy. (on port 8080)

i can access internal servers without any problems, but the proxy won't work.

any ideas?

P.S.: i tested several android 4.x devices and they all work perfectly fine with this wifi/proxy.
