rosesandjasmines
My Note 3 fell down while driving my bike and its broken & dead, afraid to give that for service as I have confidential data stored on internal memory. How can I wipe the data that should be unrecoverable before giving that for service, Please help me!!
rosario1990
Welcome here. As far I know there is a back up apps to recover all the data safely. But I can't remember right now.
rosario1990
That's good. But as far as I know if you don't set backup on the phone then it's impossible to recover your important data. Does your software can do this I mean recover without setting backup before?
BradW
If it's dead, you're simply not going to be able to recover the data--the components aren't working, so you won't be able to tinker with them on the software side of things. If you had a microSD card and all your data was on that, it would be possible to recover it off of that. However, there's just no way you could find out if it is off your device for certain.
