AndyRoydt
I have a AT&T Samsung Galaxy S2. The battery was reading 28 % so I plugged it in. Then it wouldn't charge and I couldn't even turn it on. So I took the battery out for 5 minutes, put it back in and plugged it in again. "Downloading. Do not turn of target!!" What's going on??!! BradW
I had a buddy have this issue. Getting a new battery and charger buttoned the problem right up for him. The downloading issue never happened, though. It's possible that your S2 might just be on its last leg, though. Have you rooted or ROM'd it at all? albyjohnson
Try switching either of the battery or the charger, try formatting your phone or otherwise ask at a store if it is your plug that is problematic
