Anyone knows how to transfer data from Android to iPhone?

You could hook the Android up to a PC either by USB or perhaps just using the SD Card if it has one. In either case just copy paste everything, once hooked up, to a folder on the computer. Then download a program that lets you explore the iPhone's folders from your PC. Unlike Android, iPhone doesn't have this feature built in.

Thank you for your help! It is a good way, I will try! But I want to find some PC management tool to make the operation easier!

Dropbox is a great starting place. You get 2GB of storage, once you move it empty your dropbox and repeat until everything is moved over.

I use Dropbox most for uploading pictures! Anyway that is great! Thanks!
